To pair a DualShock 4 with a PC:

For pairing a DualShock 4 with a PC, Mac, Android, or iOS device using Bluetooth, press and hold the PS and Share buttons simultaneously until the light bar starts flashing.
Enable Bluetooth on the target device and select "DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller" or "Wireless Controller" from the list of available devices.
The pairing is complete when the light bar turns steady.
